\u7684\u53cc\u7279\u5f02\u6027\u6297\u4f53\uff0c\u7528\u4e8eEGFR\u5916\u663e\u5b5020\u63d2\u5165\u7a81\u53d8\u7684\u5c40\u90e8\u665a\u671f\u6216\u8f6c\u79fb\u6027\u975e\u5c0f\u7ec6\u80de\u80ba\u764c\uff08NSCLC\uff09\u6210\u5e74\u60a3\u8005\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u836f\u72692021\u5e74\u83b7\u7f8e\u56fdFDA\u6279\u51c6\u4e0a\u5e02\uff08RYBREVANT\u00ae Amivantamab\uff09\uff0c\u56fd\u5185\u5c1a\u672a\u4e0a\u5e02\uff0c\u4e2d\u6587\u540d\u97f3\u8bd1\u4e3a\u827e\u7c73\u4e07\u59a5\u5355\u6297\uff08\u65e0\u51fa\u5904\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1\u3001\u4f5c\u7528\u673a\u5236<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>EGFR\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u4f4d\u4e8e\u7ec6\u80de\u8868\u9762\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\uff0c\u5bf9\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u751f\u957f\u3001\u5206\u5316\u548c\u589e\u6b96\u8d77\u5173\u952e\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5f53EGFR\u901a\u8fc7\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u4fe1\u53f7\u5206\u5b50\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u8868\u76ae\u751f\u957f\u56e0\u5b50EGF\uff09\u88ab\u6fc0\u6d3b\u65f6\uff0c\u5b83\u53ef\u4ee5\u542f\u52a8\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u7684\u5185\u90e8\u4fe1\u53f7\u4f20\u5bfc\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5f71\u54cd\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u591a\u79cd\u751f\u7269\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5728\u67d0\u4e9b\u75be\u75c5\uff08\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u764c\u75c7\uff09\u4e2d\uff0cEGFR\u7684\u8fc7\u5ea6\u8868\u8fbe\u6216\u7a81\u53d8\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u7ec6\u80de\u8fc7\u5ea6\u589e\u6b96\uff0c\u8fdb\u800c\u5bfc\u81f4\u80bf\u7624\u7684\u5f62\u6210\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EGFR\u7a81\u53d8<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div
