\u662f\u7531\u793c\u6765\u516c\u53f8\u7814\u53d1\u7684\u4e00\u6b3eIL-23\u6291\u5236\u5242\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u836f\u7269\u4e8e2023\u5e7410\u6708\u83b7\u5f97FDA\u6279\u51c6\u4e0a\u5e02\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u6210\u4eba\u6e83\u75a1\u6027\u7ed3\u80a0\u708eUC\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u5168\u7403\u5df2\u6709\u591a\u6b3e IL-23 \u6291\u5236\u5242\u4e0a\u5e02\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u9002\u5e94\u75c7\u4e3a\u94f6\u5c51\u75c5\u3001\u5f3a\u5236\u6027\u810a\u67f1\u708e\u7b49\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u5e02\u573a\u7ade\u4e89\u6fc0\u70c8\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u516c\u53f8\u5982\u963f\u65af\u5229\u5eb7\u7684Brazikumab\u9000\u51fa\u4e86 IL-23\u7684\u7ade\u4e89\u9886\u57df\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u793c\u6765\u516c\u53f8\u7684Mirikizumab\u5c06\u9002\u5e94\u75c7\u805a\u7126\u4e8e\u708e\u75c7\u6027\u80a0\u75c5\uff0c\u5982\u6e83\u75a1\u6027\u7ed3\u80a0\u708e\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u76f4\u63a5\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u7ade\u4e89\u5bf9\u624b\u5728\u94f6\u5c51\u75c5\u9886\u57df\u7ade\u4e89\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u83b7\u5f97FDA\u7684\u6279\u51c6\u4e0a\u5e02\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u836f\u7269\u5c1a\u672a\u5728\u56fd\u5185\u4e0a\u5e02\uff0c\u4e2d\u6587\u540d\u6682\u8bd1\u4e3a\u7c73\u5947\u73e0\u5355\u6297\uff08\u97f3\u8bd1\u65e0\u51fa\u5904\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1\u3001\u4f5c\u7528\u673a\u5236<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>IL-23\u5904\u4e8e\u94f6\u5c51\u75c5\uff0c\u708e\u75c7\u6027\u80a0\u75c5\u7684\u81f4\u75c5\u6838\u5fc3\u901a\u8defIL-23\/Th17 \/IL-17\u8f74\u7684\u8d77\u59cb\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u5bf9\u6574\u4e2a\u901a\u8def\u8d77\u8c03\u63a7\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u524d\u6587\u4e2d\u4ecb\u7ecd\u8fc7IL-12\u3001IL-23\u901a\u8def\u7684\u751f\u7406\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IL-23&nbsp;\u673a\u5236<\/p>\n\n\n<div \u4e9a\u57fa\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IL-12 \u7684\u7ed3\u6784\u4e3ap40 \u4e0e p35 \u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u800cIL-23\u7684\u7ed3\u6784\u4e3ap40 \u4e0e p19 \u7ed3\u5408\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6240\u4ee5\u524d\u6587\u4e2d\u63d0\u5230\u4e4c\u53f8\u5974\u5355\u6297\u9776\u5411p40\u4e9a\u57fa\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6291\u5236IL-12\u548cIL-23\u4e24\u4e2a\u7ec6\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\uff0c\u963b\u65ad\u4e24\u6761\u901a\u8def\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mirikizumab\u5305\u62ec\u56fd\u5185\u5df2\u7ecf\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684\u53e4\u585e\u5947\u5c24\u5355\u6297\uff0c\u5219\u9776\u5411IL-23\u7ec6\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\u7ed3\u6784\u4e2d\u53e6\u5916\u4e00\u4e2ap19\u4e9a\u57fa\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u4ec5\u9776\u5411IL-23\u4f20\u5bfc\u4fe1\u53f7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7ec6\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\u7ed3\u5408\u53d7\u4f53\u540e\uff0c\u8bf1\u5bfc JAK2 \u548c TYK2 \u7684\u6fc0\u6d3b\u3002IL-12 \u53d7\u4f53\u590d\u5408\u7269\u7684\u6fc0\u6d3b\u5bfc\u81f4STAT4\u7684\u78f7\u9178\u5316\u548c\u540c\u6e90\u4e8c\u805a\u5316\uff0c\u800c IL-23 \u53d7\u4f53\u590d\u5408\u7269\u5bfc\u81f4 STAT3 \u548c STAT4 \u540c\u6e90\u4e8c\u805a\u4f53\u7684\u5f62\u6210\u3002STAT3 \u548c STAT4 \u8fdb\u5165\u7ec6\u80de\u6838\uff0c\u6fc0\u6d3b\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u8f6c\u5f55\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
