diftitox \uff09\uff0cdenileukin\u4ee3\u8868IL-2\u7ed3\u6784\uff0cdiftitox\u4ee3\u8868\u6539\u9020\u7684\u767d\u5589\u6bd2\u7d20\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u76ee\u524d\u836f\u7269\u56fd\u5185\u5c1a\u672a\u4e0a\u5e02\uff0c\u6682\u4e14\u79f0\u5176\u4e3a\u4e39\u5c3c\u767d\u4ecb\u7d20-\u767d\u5589\u6bd2\u7d20\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 Diftitox \u5728\u767d\u5589\u6bd2\u7d20\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\uff0c\u4fdd\u7559\u4e86\u5177\u6709\u7ec6\u80de\u6bd2\u6027\u7684A\u7247\u6bb5\u53ca\u8de8\u819cT\u7247\u6bb5\uff0c\u5c06\u7ed3\u6784\u57dfB\u7247\u6bb5\u66ff\u6362\u6210IL-2\uff0c\u5229\u7528 IL-2 \u53d7\u4f53\u5728CTCL\u7ec6\u80de\u4e0a\u7684\u9ad8\u8868\u8fbe\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u7cbe\u51c6\u9776\u5411\u548c\u6bd2\u7d20\u6740\u4f24\u5b9e\u73b0\u80bf\u7624\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u6e05\u9664\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u836f\u7269\u4f5c\u7528\u673a\u5236\uff1a\u9776\u5411\u7ed3\u5408\u4e0e\u5185\u541e\uff1a<\/strong>\u6539\u9020\u540e\u7684\u4e39\u5c3c\u767d\u4ecb\u7d20\u901a\u8fc7 \u53d7\u4f53\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u53d7\u4f53\u4ecb\u5bfc\u7684\u5185\u541e\u4f5c\u7528\u88ab\u7ec6\u80de\u5438\u6536\u5165\u5185\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u7ec6\u80de\u6bd2\u6027\u4f5c\u7528\uff1a<\/strong>\u8fdb\u5165\u7ec6\u80de\u540e\uff0c\u767d\u5589\u6bd2\u7d20\u88ab\u91ca\u653e\uff0c\u6291\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u5408\u6210\uff0c\u5f15\u53d1\u7ec6\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u9009\u62e9\u6027\u6740\u4f24\uff1a<\/strong>\u7531\u4e8e \u5177\u6709\u9009\u62e9\u6027\u5730\u6740\u4f24\u80bf\u7624\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5bf9\u6b63\u5e38\u7ec6\u80de\u5f71\u54cd\u8f83\u5c0f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<div Diftitox \u8fd8\u80fd\u901a\u8fc7\u7ed3\u5408Treg\u7ec6\u80de\u8868\u9762\u7684CD25\uff08IL-2\u53d7\u4f53\u03b1\u94fe\uff09\uff0c\u7279\u5f02\u6027\u6740\u4f24\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8c03\u8282\u6027T\u7ec6\u80de\uff08Foxp3+\uff09\uff0c\u51cf\u5c11\u5b83\u4eec\u5bf9\u514d\u75ab\u53cd\u5e94\u7684\u6291\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denileukin Diftitox \u8fd8\u53ef\u4e0ePD-1\/PD-L1\u7b49\u514d\u75ab\u68c0\u67e5\u70b9\u6291\u5236\u5242\u534f\u540c\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u63d0\u5347\u514d\u75ab\u53cd\u5e94\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u5bf9\u6297\u80bf\u7624\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
