class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u76ee\u524d\u836f\u7269\u56fd\u5185\u672a\u4e0a\u5e02\uff0c\u4e5f\u6682\u672a\u67e5\u8be2\u5230\u6ce8\u518c\u7533\u62a5\uff0c\u4e2d\u6587\u540d\u6682\u8bd1\u4e3a\u5948\u83ab\u5229\u73e0\u5355\u6297\uff08\u97f3\u8bd1\u65e0\u51fa\u5904\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>IL-31\u7684\u4ea7\u751f\uff1a<\/strong>IL-31\u7531\u591a\u79cd\u708e\u75c7\u7ec6\u80de\u4ea7\u751f\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5de8\u566c\u7ec6\u80de\u3001T\u7ec6\u80de\u3001\u55dc\u9178\u6027\u7c92\u7ec6\u80de\u3001\u80a5\u5927\u7ec6\u80de\u548c\u55dc\u78b1\u6027\u7c92\u7ec6\u80de\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7ec6\u80de\u901a\u8fc7IL-31\u4e0e\u5176\u53d7\u4f53\uff08IL-31R\u03b1\uff09\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u5f71\u54cd\u76ae\u80a4\u7684\u591a\u4e2a\u65b9\u9762\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>IL-31\u53d7\u4f53\u9776\u70b9\uff1a<\/strong>IL-31\u901a\u8fc7\u4e0e\u89d2\u8d28\u5f62\u6210\u7ec6\u80de\uff08Keratinocytes\uff09\u3001\u55dc\u9178\u6027\u7c92\u7ec6\u80de\uff08Eosinophils\uff09\u548c\u55dc\u78b1\u6027\u7c92\u7ec6\u80de\uff08Basophils\uff09\u7b49\u8868\u9762\u7684IL-31R\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u76ae\u80a4\u5c4f\u969c\u529f\u80fd\u969c\u788d\u548c\u4fc3\u708e\u7ec6\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\u7684\u4ea7\u751f\uff08\u5982CCL2\uff0cIL-4\u3001IL-13\u7b49\uff09\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7ec6\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u52a0\u5267\u708e\u75c7\u53cd\u5e94\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u4f20\u9012\u7619\u75d2\uff1a<\/strong>\u76ae\u80a4\u4e2d\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u795e\u7ecf\u672b\u68a2\u5728IL-31\u4f5c\u7528\u4e0b\uff0c\u4f20\u9012\u7619\u75d2\u4fe1\u53f7\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4fe1\u53f7\u901a\u8fc7\u975e\u7ec4\u80fa\u9014\u5f84\u7684C\u7c7b\u7ea4\u7ef4\u4f20\u9012\u81f3\u810a\u9ad3\uff0c\u518d\u6cbf\u7740\u810a\u9ad3\u4e18\u8111\u675f\u4f20\u9012\u81f3\u5927\u8111\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u89e6\u53d1\u7619\u75d2\u611f\uff0c\u5e76\u5f15\u8d77\u7619\u75d2-\u6293\u6320\u5faa\u73af\uff08Itch-Scratch class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IL-31\u901a\u8fc7\u7ed3\u5408IL-31R\u03b1\u548c\u6291\u7624\u7d20M\u53d7\u4f53\uff08OSMR\uff09\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u53d7\u4f53\u590d\u5408\u7269\uff0c\u6fc0\u6d3b\u7ec6\u80de\u5185\u4fe1\u53f7\u901a\u8def\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IL-31\u4e0e\u53d7\u4f53\u7ed3\u5408\u540e\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u6fc0\u6d3b\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4e09\u6761\u7ec6\u80de\u5185\u4fe1\u53f7\u901a\u8def\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>JAK1\/2-STAT1\/3\/5\u901a\u8def\uff1a\u542f\u52a8\u57fa\u56e0\u8f6c\u5f55\uff0c\u8bf1\u5bfc\u4fc3\u708e\u57fa\u56e0\u7684\u8868\u8fbe\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u5f15\u53d1\u7619\u75d2\u548c\u708e\u75c7\u53cd\u5e94\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PI3K-AKT\u901a\u8def\uff1a\u4e3b\u8981\u8c03\u63a7\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u751f\u5b58\u548c\u589e\u6b96\uff0c\u4e5f\u53c2\u4e0e\u5230\u795e\u7ecf\u672b\u68a2\u7684\u654f\u5316\u53cd\u5e94\u4e2d\uff0c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u7619\u75d2\u4fe1\u53f7\u7684\u4f20\u5bfc\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MAPK-ERK1\/2\u901a\u8def\uff1a\u8fd9\u6761\u901a\u8def\u540c\u6837\u5f71\u54cd\u57fa\u56e0\u8f6c\u5f55\u548c\u7ec6\u80de\u53cd\u5e94\uff0c\u53c2\u4e0e\u708e\u75c7\u548c\u795e\u7ecf\u654f\u5316\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7531\u4e8e\u524d\u9762\u5df2\u7ecf\u63cf\u8ff0\u4e86IL-31\u662f\u901a\u8fc7IL-31R\u03b1\u548cOSMR\u7ed3\u5408\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u4e8c\u805a\u4f53\u624d\u80fd\u4f20\u5bfc\u4fe1\u53f7\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u901a\u8fc7\u963b\u65adOSMR\u4e5f\u80fd\u95f4\u63a5\u963b\u65adIL-31\u7684\u4fe1\u53f7\u4f20\u5bfc\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7f57\u6c0f\u516c\u53f8\u7684Vixarelimab\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u9776\u5411\u963b\u65adOSMR\u03b2\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u963b\u65adIL-31\u4ee5\u53caOSM\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u4e0b\u6e38\u708e\u75c7\u548c\u7619\u75d2\u4fe1\u53f7\u4f20\u5bfc\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vixarelimab\u76ee\u524d\u5728FDA\u548c\u56fd\u5185\u5747\u5904\u4e8e\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bd5\u9a8c\u9636\u6bb5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2\u3001\u9002\u5e94\u75c7<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nemolizumab\u4f5c\u4e3a\u767d\u7ec6\u80de\u4ecb\u7d20-31\u53d7\u4f53\u62ee\u6297\u5242\uff0c\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u4f34\u6709\u7ed3\u8282\u6027\u75d2\u75b9\uff08Prurigo
