class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u836f\u72692024\u5e748\u6708\u83b7FDA\u6279\u51c6\u4e0a\u5e02\uff0c\u5546\u54c1\u540d\u4e3aNIKTIMVO\u00ae axatilimab\u3002\u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u6162\u6027\u79fb\u690d\u7269\u6297\u5bbf\u4e3b\u75c5\uff08cGVHD\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u76ee\u524d\u5728\u56fd\u5185\u5c1a\u672a\u4e0a\u5e02\uff0c\u4e2d\u6587\u540d\u6682\u8bd1\u4e3a\u827e\u514b\u65af\u66ff\u5229\u5355\u6297\uff08\u97f3\u8bd1\uff0c\u65e0\u51fa\u5904\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1\u3001\u4f5c\u7528\u673a\u5236<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6162\u6027\u79fb\u690d\u7269\u6297\u5bbf\u4e3b\u75c5\uff08chronic Graft-versus-Host Disease, cGVHD\uff09\u662f\u5f02\u57fa\u56e0\u9020\u8840\u5e72\u7ec6\u80de\u79fb\u690d\u540e\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u5e76\u53d1\u75c7\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8fd9\u79cd\u75c5\u75c7\u662f\u7531\u4f9b\u4f53\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u7ec6\u80de\u653b\u51fb\u53d7\u4f53\u7684\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u5f71\u54cd\u76ae\u80a4\u3001\u9ecf\u819c\u3001\u809d\u810f\u3001\u80ba\u548c\u80c3\u80a0\u9053\u7b49\u591a\u4e2a\u5668\u5b98\u548c\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u5f15\u53d1\u514d\u75ab\u53cd\u5e94\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u514d\u75ab\u653b\u51fb\u4e0d\u4ec5\u7834\u574f\u53d7\u4f53\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff0c\u8fd8\u5bfc\u81f4\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u7ec4\u7ec7\u635f\u4f24\u548c\u7ea4\u7ef4\u5316\u53cd\u5e94\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u75c5\u7a0b\u53d1\u5c55\u6d89\u53ca\u590d\u6742\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u8c03\u63a7\u5931\u8861\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4ee5\u4e0b\u51e0\u4e2a\u5173\u952e\u73af\u8282\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u4f9b\u4f53T\u7ec6\u80de\u6d3b\u5316\uff1a\u4f9b\u4f53\u6765\u6e90\u7684T\u7ec6\u80de\u88ab\u53d7\u4f53\u6297\u539f\u6fc0\u6d3b\uff0c\u968f\u540e\u91ca\u653e\u5927\u91cf\u708e\u6027\u56e0\u5b50\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u6fc0\u6d3b\u5176\u4ed6\u514d\u75ab\u7ec6\u80de\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>B\u7ec6\u80de\u5f02\u5e38\uff1aB\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u5f02\u5e38\u6d3b\u5316\u548c\u81ea\u8eab\u6297\u4f53\u7684\u751f\u6210\u4e5f\u5728cGVHD\u4e2d\u8d77\u5230\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u6301\u7eed\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u53cd\u5e94\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5de8\u566c\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u53c2\u4e0e\uff1a\u5de8\u566c\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u5f02\u5e38\u6d3b\u6027\u548c\u589e\u6b96\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u4fc3\u7ea4\u7ef4\u5316\u7684M2\u578b\u5de8\u566c\u7ec6\u80de\uff0c\u4f1a\u52a0\u5267\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7ea4\u7ef4\u5316\u8fc7\u7a0b\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u5668\u5b98\u529f\u80fd\u635f\u4f24\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CSF-1R\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5355\u6838\u7ec6\u80de\u548c\u5de8\u566c\u7ec6\u80de\u8868\u9762\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\uff0c\u8c03\u63a7\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u751f\u5b58\u3001\u589e\u6b96\u548c\u529f\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5355\u6838\u7ec6\u80de\u548c\u5de8\u566c\u7ec6\u80de\u662f\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u5173\u952e\u7ec4\u6210\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u53c2\u4e0e\u708e\u75c7\u53cd\u5e94\u548c\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4fee\u590d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u4e34\u5e8a\u524d\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u963b\u65adCSF-1R\u4fe1\u53f7\u901a\u8def\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u51cf\u5c11\u75c5\u53d8\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4e2d\u5f02\u5e38\u6d3b\u8dc3\u7684\u5de8\u566c\u7ec6\u80de\u53ca\u5176\u524d\u4f53\u5355\u6838\u7ec6\u80de\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7ec6\u80de\u5728\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7ea4\u7ef4\u5316\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u8d77\u5230\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7ea4\u7ef4\u5316\u662f\u6307\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5f02\u5e38\u589e\u751f\u5e76\u5f62\u6210\u75a4\u75d5\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\uff0c\u662f\u6162\u6027\u79fb\u690d\u7269\u6297\u5bbf\u4e3b\u75c5\uff08cGVHD\uff09\u548c\u7279\u53d1\u6027\u80ba\u7ea4\u7ef4\u5316\uff08IPF\uff09\u7b49\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u75c5\u7406\u673a\u5236\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6291\u5236CSF-1R\u4fe1\u53f7\u80fd\u591f\u51cf\u5c11\u5de8\u566c\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u8fc7\u5ea6\u6d3b\u8dc3\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u7f13\u89e3\u7ea4\u7ef4\u5316\u7684\u8fdb\u5c55\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u63a7\u5236\u8fd9\u4e9b\u590d\u6742\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u75c5\u60c5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p Monocyte\uff09\u901a\u8fc7\u8840\u6db2\u6d41\u52a8\u8fdb\u5165\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff08Tissue\uff09\u5e76\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5206\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CSF-1\/CSF-1R\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\uff1aCSF-1\u7ed3\u5408\u5355\u6838\u7ec6\u80de\u6216\u5de8\u566c\u7ec6\u80de\u8868\u9762\u7684CSF-1R\uff0c\u6fc0\u6d3b\u4fe1\u53f7\u901a\u8def\uff0c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u5de8\u566c\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u5206\u5316\u548c\u6fc0\u6d3b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6fc0\u6d3b\u7684\u5de8\u566c\u7ec6\u80de\u5206\u5316\u4e3a\u4e24\u7c7b\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u4fc3\u7ea4\u7ef4\u5316\u5de8\u566c\u7ec6\u80de\uff08Profibrotic Macrophage\uff09\uff1a\u5206\u6ccc\u7ea4\u7ef4\u5316\u56e0\u5b50\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u7ec4\u7ec7\u589e\u751f\u548c\u7ea4\u7ef4\u5316\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u708e\u75c7\u6027\u5de8\u566c\u7ec6\u80de\uff08Inflammatory Macrophage\uff09\uff1a\u5206\u6ccc\u4fc3\u708e\u6027\u7ec6\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\u548c\u8d8b\u5316\u56e0\u5b50\uff08Cytokines\/Chemokines\uff09\uff0c\u5f15\u53d1\u5c40\u90e8\u708e\u75c7\u53cd\u5e94\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Axatilimab\u901a\u8fc7\u963b\u65adCSF-1\u4e0eCSF-1R\u7684\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u6291\u5236\u5de8\u566c\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u5206\u5316\u548c\u6d3b\u5316\u3002<br>\u8be5\u6291\u5236\u4f5c\u7528\u80fd\u591f\u51cf\u5c11\u4fc3\u7ea4\u7ef4\u5316\u548c\u708e\u75c7\u6027\u5de8\u566c\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u6570\u91cf\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u51cf\u8f7bcGVHD\u4e2d\u7684\u7ea4\u7ef4\u5316\u548c\u708e\u75c7\u53cd\u5e94\u3002\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u51cf\u7f13cGVHD\u7684\u8fdb\u5c55\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u65b0\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u624b\u6bb5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2\u3001\u9002\u5e94\u75c7<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Axatilimab\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u963b\u65ad\u5de8\u566c\u7ec6\u80de\u96c6\u843d\u523a\u6fc0\u56e0\u5b50-1\u53d7\u4f53\uff08CSF-1R\uff09\u7684\u6297\u4f53\uff0c\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u5728\u81f3\u5c11\u7ecf\u8fc7\u4e24\u79cd\u7cfb\u7edf\u6027\u6cbb\u7597\u5931\u8d25\u540e\u7684\u6210\u4eba\u548c\u4f53\u91cd\u81f3\u5c1140\u516c\u65a4\u7684\u513f\u7ae5\u6162\u6027\u79fb\u690d\u7269\u6297\u5bbf\u4e3b\u75c5\uff08cGVHD\uff09\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
