4\u6b3eIL-17\u62ee\u6297\u5242\u603b\u7ed3"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>UCB\u516c\u53f8\u7684Bimzelx<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>Bimekizumab\u662f\u7b2c\u56db\u6b3eIL-17\u4fe1\u53f7\u901a\u8def\u62ee\u6297\u5242\u7c7b\u751f\u7269\u5236\u5242\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8be5\u836f2021\u5e74\u5728\u6b27\u76df\u548c\u82f1\u56fd\u83b7\u6279\u30022022\u5e74\u5728\u65e5\u672c\u3001\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u3001\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u7b49\u56fd\u83b7\u6279\uff0c\u9002\u5e94\u75c7\u4e3a\u94f6\u5c51\u75c5\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u56fd\u5185\u548cFDA\u5c1a\u672a\u6279\u51c6\u8be5\u836f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bimekizumab\u7684\u4e2d\u6587\u540d\u8f83\u5c11\u51fa\u73b0\uff0c\u6309\u7167\u547d\u540d\u89c4\u5219\uff0c\u6682\u4e14\u53eb\u5b83\u6bd4\u7f8e\u5947\u73e0\u5355\u6297\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1\u3001\u4f5c\u7528\u673a\u5236<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>IL-17\u5bb6\u65cf\u67096\u4e2a\u6210\u5458\uff1aIL-17A~IL-17F\u3002IL-17A\u662fIL-17\u5bb6\u65cf\u7684\u539f\u578b\uff0cIL-17F\u4e0eIL-17A\u6709\u6700\u9ad8\u7684\u540c\u6e90\u6027\uff08\u7ea650%\uff09\uff0c\u4e24\u8005\u90fd\u9700\u8981\u4e0e\u5171\u540c\u7684\u53d7\u4f53IL-17RA\u7ed3\u5408\u6765\u542f\u52a8\u4fe1\u53f7\u8f6c\u5bfc\u3002IL-17\u5bb6\u65cf\u6210\u5458\u4ee5\u540c\u6e90\u4e8c\u805a\u4f53\u6216\u5f02\u6e90\u4e8c\u805a\u4f53\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\u5b58\u5728\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IL-17A\u548cIL-17F\u5177\u6709\u76f8\u4f3c\u7684\u4fc3\u708e\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u5728\u591a\u4e2a\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4e2d\u9a71\u52a8\u6162\u6027\u708e\u75c7\u548c\u635f\u5bb3\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u6291\u5236IL-17A\u7684\u540c\u65f6\u6291\u5236IL-17F\u80fd\u51cf\u5c11\u76ae\u80a4\u548c\u5173\u8282\u708e\u75c7\u4ee5\u53ca\u75c5\u7406\u6027\u9aa8\u5f62\u6210\uff0c\u5176\u7a0b\u5ea6\u5927\u4e8e\u5355\u72ec\u6291\u5236IL-17A\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bimekizumab\u6bd4\u7f8e\u5947\u73e0\u5355\u6297\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u673a\u5236<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div
