Bio\u516c\u53f8\u5f00\u53d1\u7684\u9776\u5411T\u7ec6\u80de\u8868\u9762CD3\u5206\u5b50\u7684\u5355\u514b\u9686\u6297\u4f53\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u5ef6\u8fdf1\u578b\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u9ad8\u5371\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u53d1\u75c5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8be5\u836f2022\u5e7411\u6708\u83b7\u7f8e\u56fdFDA\u6279\u51c6\u4e0a\u5e02\uff08TZIELD<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0teplizumab\uff09\u3002\u56fd\u5185\u5c1a\u672a\u5f15\u8fdb\u3002\u5728\u300a\u4e2d\u56fd1\u578b\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u8bca\u6cbb\u6307\u5357\uff082021\u7248\uff09\u300b\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e2d\u6587\u540d\u4e3a\u6cf0\u666e\u5229\u5355\u6297\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 \u590d\u5408\u4f53\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u53c2\u4e0e\u8bf1\u5bfcT\u7ec6\u80de\u6d3b\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u9488\u5bf9CD4+T\u7ec6\u80de\u6216CD8+T\u7ec6\u80de\uff0c\u5176CD4\u6216CD8\u5206\u5b50\u4e5f\u4e0eTCR-CD3 \u590d\u5408\u4f53\u534f\u540c\u53c2\u4e0e\u4fe1\u53f7\u4f20\u5bfc\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u589e\u5f3aCD3\u5206\u5b50\u6d3b\u6027\u80fd\u6fc0\u6d3b\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u8d77\u5230\u6297\u80bf\u7624\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u5982\u76ee\u524d\u5df2\u6709\u4e24\u4e2aCD3\u53cc\u6297\u836f\u7269\u4e0a\u5e02\uff08\u8d1d\u6797\u59a5\u6b27\u5355\u6297\u3001Teclistamab\uff09\u3002\u800c\u963b\u65adCD3\u5206\u5b50\u5219\u6291\u5236\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u5668\u5b98\u79fb\u690d\u540e\u514d\u75ab\u6291\u5236\uff0c\u6216\u6cbb\u7597\u81ea\u8eab\u514d\u75ab\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4eba\u7c7b\u5386\u53f2\u4e0a\u7b2c\u4e00\u4e2a\u6297\u4f53\u7c7b\u836f\u7269\uff0cMuromonab\u2010CD3\uff08\u83ab\u7f57\u5355\u6297-CD3\uff09\u5c31\u662f\u6297CD3\u5355\u6297\uff0c1986\u5e74\u88abFDA\u6279\u51c6\u4e0a\u5e02\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u80be\u79fb\u690d\u540e\u514d\u75ab\u6392\u65a5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u56e0\u5f53\u65f6\u6280\u672f\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u9f20\u6e90\u6297\u4f53\u514d\u75ab\u539f\u6027\u5f3a\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u6781\u6613\u4ea7\u751f\u6297\u836f\u6297\u4f53\u3002\u5355\u514b\u9686\u6297\u4f53\u968f\u540e\u5f88\u5feb\u8fdb\u5165\u4eba\u6e90\u5316\u6539\u9020\u65f6\u4ee3\uff0cMuromonab\u2010CD3\u4e5f\u4e8e2010\u5e74\u9000\u5e02\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u6cf0\u666e\u5229\u5355\u6297\u4f5c\u7528\u673a\u5236<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div
