\u516c\u53f8\u5f00\u53d1\uff0c2017\u5e74\u83b7FDA\u6279\u51c6\u4e0a\u5e02\u3002\u5c1a\u672a\u5728\u56fd\u5185\u5f15\u8fdb\uff0c\u97f3\u8bd1\u4e3a\u66ff\u57fa\u4ed1\u8d5b\uff08\u65e0\u51fa\u5904\uff09\uff1b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>YESCARTA<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>&nbsp;<strong>Axicabtagene ciloleucel(Axi-cel)<\/strong>\uff08<strong>\u5955\u51ef\u8fbe<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>\u963f\u57fa\u4ed1\u8d5b<\/strong>\uff09\u3002\u7531\u5409\u5229\u5fb7\u65d7\u4e0bKite\u516c\u53f8\u5f00\u53d1\uff0c2017\u5e74\u83b7FDA\u6279\u51c6\u4e0a\u5e02\u3002\u56fd\u5185\u7531\u590d\u661f\u533b\u836f\u65d7\u4e0b\u590d\u661f\u51ef\u7279\u5f15\u8fdb\uff0c2021\u5e74\u5728\u56fd\u5185\u83b7\u6279\uff1b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>TECARTUS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>&nbsp;<strong>Brexucabtagene autoleucel(Brexu-cel)&nbsp;<\/strong>\u540c\u6837\u7531\u5409\u5229\u5fb7\u65d7\u4e0bKite\u516c\u53f8\u5f00\u53d1\uff0c2020\u5e74\u83b7FDA\u6279\u51c6\u4e0a\u5e02\u3002\u5c1a\u672a\u5728\u56fd\u5185\u5f15\u8fdb\uff0c\u97f3\u8bd1\u4e3a\u5e03\u57fa\u5965\u4ed1\u8d5b\uff08\u65e0\u51fa\u5904\uff09\uff1b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul Juno\u516c\u53f8\u5f00\u53d1\uff0c2021\u5e74\u83b7FDA\u6279\u51c6\u4e0a\u5e02\u3002\u56fd\u5185\u7531\u836f\u660e\u65d7\u4e0b\u836f\u660e\u5de8\u8bfa\u5f15\u8fdb\uff0c2021\u5e74\uff0c<strong>\u500d\u8bfa\u8fbe<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>\u745e\u57fa\u5965\u4ed1\u8d5b\uff08Relma-cel\uff09<\/strong>\u5728\u56fd\u5185\u83b7\u6279\u3002Relma-cel\u4ee5\u4e0e Liso-cel \u76f8\u540c\u7684 CAR \u7ed3\u6784\u4f53\u4e3a\u57fa\u7840\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4ee5\u4e0a4\u6b3eCAR-T\u836f\u7269\u9776\u70b9\u5747\u4e3aCD-19\uff0c\u9002\u5e94\u75c7\u5747\u4e3aB\u7ec6\u80de\u76f8\u5173\u6076\u6027\u80bf\u7624\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1\u3001\u4f5c\u7528\u673a\u5236<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u7ec6\u80de\u662f\u4eba\u4f53\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u7ec6\u80de\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u5728\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\u53d1\u6325\u7740\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4f46\u662fT\u7ec6\u80de\u8868\u9762\u53d7\u4f53TCR\u4e0d\u80fd\u76f4\u63a5\u8bc6\u522b\u80bf\u7624\u6297\u539f\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u901a\u8fc7\u4e3b\u8981\u7ec4\u7ec7\u76f8\u5bb9\u6027\u590d\u5408\u7269\uff08MHC\uff09\u5206\u5b50\u6765\u8bc6\u522b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CD4+ T\u7ec6\u80de\u8bc6\u522b\u6297\u539f\u63d0\u5448\u7ec6\u80de\uff08APC\uff09\u8868\u9762\u7684MHC II\u7c7b\u5206\u5b50\uff0c\u6fc0\u6d3bTh\u7ec6\u80de\u5206\u6ccc\u7ec6\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\uff1b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CD8+ T\u7ec6\u80de\u8bc6\u522b\u80bf\u7624\u7ec6\u80de\u8868\u9762MHC I\u7c7b\u5206\u5b50\uff0c\u6fc0\u6d3b\u7ec6\u80de\u6bd2\u6027T\u7ec6\u80de\uff08CTL\uff09\u53d1\u6325\u6740\u4f24\u80bf\u7624\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7531\u4e8eTCR\u8bc6\u522b\u80bf\u7624\u6297\u539f\u53d7MHC \u6216 4-1BB\u7b49\uff0c\u6765\u6fc0\u6d3bT\u7ec6\u80de\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u589e\u5f3aCAR-T\u7ec6\u80de\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u548c\u6301\u4e45\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7b2c\u4e09\u4ee3CAR-T\u540c\u65f6\u6dfb\u52a0\u4e24\u4e2a\u5171\u523a\u6fc0\u5206\u5b50\uff0c\u4f7fCAR-T\u7ec6\u80de\u80fd\u591f\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u8fdb\u884c\u4fe1\u53f7\u8f6c\u5bfc\uff0c\u589e\u5f3a\u6cbb\u7597\u6548\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7b2c\u56db\u4ee3CAR-T\u5728\u7b2c\u4e09\u4ee3\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\u589e\u52a0\u8bc6\u522b\u80bf\u7624\u5fae\u73af\u5883\u7684\u5206\u5b50\uff0c\u5982IL-12\u7b49\uff0c\u80fd\u91ca\u653e\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u7ec6\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\uff0c\u6fc0\u6d3b\u66f4\u591a\u514d\u75ab\u7ec6\u80de\u3002\u79f0\u4e3aT\u7ec6\u80de\u91cd\u5b9a\u5411\u7528\u4e8e\u901a\u7528\u7ec6\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\u6740\u4f24(T-cells\u00a0redirected for universal\u00a0cytokine\u00a0killing\uff1bTRUCKs\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7b2c\u4e94\u4ee3CAR-T\u7597\u6cd5\u5c06CAR-T\u7ec6\u80de\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u514d\u75ab\u7ec6\u80de\uff08\u5982\u81ea\u7136\u6740\u4f24\u7ec6\u80de\u3001\u6811\u7a81\u72b6\u7ec6\u80de\u7b49\uff09\u8fdb\u884c\u7ec4\u5408\uff0c\u80fd\u591f\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u5730\u8bc6\u522b\u548c\u653b\u51fb\u80bf\u7624\u7ec6\u80de\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u5df2\u4e0a\u5e024\u6b3eCAR-T\u7684\u7ed3\u6784<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div
