tiuxetan\u3001Ublituximab\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5176\u4f5c\u7528\u673a\u5236\u548c\u9002\u5e94\u75c7\u4e0e\u7f57\u6c0f\u76845\u6b3eCD20\u751f\u7269\u5236\u5242\u5927\u540c\u5c0f\u5f02\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5728\u672c\u6587\u4e2d\u4e00\u8d77\u4ecb\u7ecd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ibritumomab tiuxetan\u662fSpectrum\u516c\u53f8\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c2002\u83b7\u7f8e\u56fdFDA\u6279\u51c6\u4e0a\u5e02(Zevalin<sup>\u00ae&nbsp;<\/sup>ibritumomab tiuxetan)\uff0c\u662f\u5168\u7403\u9996\u4e2a\u6838\u7d20\u5076\u8054\u5355\u6297\u836f\u7269(RDC)\u3002\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597B\u7ec6\u80de\u975e\u970d\u5947\u91d1\u6dcb\u5df4\u7624\u3002\u56fd\u5185\u5c1a\u672a\u4e0a\u5e02\uff0cCDE\u6ce8\u518c\u7533\u62a5\u7684\u4e2d\u6587\u540d\u4e3a\u66ff\u4f0a\u83ab\u5355\u6297\uff08JXSL1700038\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5965\u6cd5\u59a5\u6728\u5355\u6297\u662f\u8bfa\u534e\u516c\u53f8\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c2009\u5e74\u83b7\u7f8e\u56fdFDA\u6279\u51c6\u4e0a\u5e02\uff0c\u6709\u4e24\u4e2a\u5546\u54c1\u540d\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Arzerra<sup>\u00ae&nbsp;<\/sup>Ofatumumab\u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u6162\u6027\u6dcb\u5df4\u7ec6\u80de\u767d\u8840\u75c5(CLL)\uff0c\u56fd\u5185\u5c1a\u672a\u4e0a\u5e02\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kesimpta<sup>\u00ae&nbsp;<\/sup>Ofatumumab\u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u590d\u53d1\u578b\u591a\u53d1\u6027\u786c\u5316\uff08MS\uff09\uff0c2021\u5e74\u5728\u56fd\u5185\u4e0a\u5e02\uff08\u5168\u6b23\u8fbe<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>\u5965\u6cd5\u59a5\u6728\u5355\u6297\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ublituximab\u662fTG Therapeutics\u516c\u53f8\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c2022\u5e74\u83b7\u7f8e\u56fdFDA\u6279\u51c6\u4e0a\u5e02(Briumvi<sup>\u00ae&nbsp;<\/sup>Ublituximab)\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u590d\u53d1\u578b\u591a\u53d1\u6027\u786c\u5316(MS)\uff0c\u56fd\u5185\u5c1a\u672a\u4e0a\u5e02\uff0c\u4e2d\u6587\u540d\u4e4c\u5229\u59a5\u6614\u5355\u6297\uff08\u97f3\u8bd1\u65e0\u51fa\u5904\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 tiuxetan\u66ff\u4f0a\u83ab\u5355\u6297\u662f\u5168\u7403\u9996\u4e2a\u6838\u7d20\u5076\u8054\u5355\u6297\u836f\u7269(RDC)\uff0c\u6279\u51c6\u7528\u4e8e\u96be\u6cbb\u590d\u53d1B\u7ec6\u80de\u975e\u970d\u5947\u91d1\u6dcb\u5df4\u7624\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u836f\u7269\u7ed3\u5408\u4e86\u5355\u6297\u836f\u7269\u9776\u5411\u6027\u548c\u653e\u5c04\u6027\u540c\u4f4d\u7d20\u5f3a\u5927\u7684\u653e\u5c04\u6cbb\u7597\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u53ef\u4ee5\u6700\u5927\u7a0b\u5ea6\u5730\u6740\u706d\u80bf\u7624\u7ec6\u80de\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7c7b\u4f3c\u4e8eADC\u836f\u7269\uff0cRDC\u836f\u7269\uff08Ibritumomab tiuxetan\u66ff\u4f0a\u83ab\u5355\u6297\uff09\u7531\u653e\u5c04\u6027\u540c\u4f4d\u7d20\u948790\u548cCD20\u5355\u6297\u7ec4\u6210\uff0c\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u653e\u5c04\u6027\u540c\u4f4d\u7d20\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u948790\u653e\u5c04\u7eaf\u03b2\u5c04\u7ebf\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u66f4\u5f3a\u7684\u5c04\u7ebf\u80fd\u91cf\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u948790\u4e0d\u4ea7\u751f\u03b3\u5c04\u7ebf\uff0c\u5bf9\u533b\u62a4\u4eba\u5458\u53ca\u60a3\u8005\u5bb6\u5c5e\u76f8\u5bf9\u5b89\u5168\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ublituximab\u901a\u8fc7\u7cd6\u5de5\u7a0b\u5316\u53bb\u9664\u4e86\u6297\u4f53\u4e2d\u67d0\u4e9b\u7cd6\u5206\u5b50\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u663e\u8457\u589e\u5f3aublituximab\u7684\u6548\u529b\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662fADCC\u6d3b\u6027\uff0c\u6467\u6bc1\u81f4\u75c5B\u7ec6\u80de\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7ec6\u80de\u88ab\u8ba4\u4e3a\u662f\u5bfc\u81f4\u9ad3\u9798\u548c\u795e\u7ecf\u7ec6\u80de\u8f74\u7a81\u635f\u4f24\uff08MS\u7684\u53d1\u75c5\u673a\u5236\uff09\u7684\u5173\u952e\u56e0\u7d20\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CD20\u5355\u6297\u4eba\u6e90\u5316\u7a0b\u5ea6<\/p>\n\n\n<div
